The PEO provider you never knew you needed
We have had an amazing experience with the representatives who are always quick to respond to emails and get clarification. Even though the reps are located in different time zones the response turnaround time is outstanding. You can't find that kind of service anywhere. This includes the connection with our sales rep. He just didn't sell us the product and we never heard from him again. On the contrary, we can still contact him about questions we have and he goes over and beyond to try and help. Even if that means finding someone other than himself with the expertise of what is being asked so we get the information we need.

The VG account team is our partner! Ever feel like you are talking to a brick wall? Are your questions met with a blank stare? Us too... before VG. Since starting with VG, our account team has asked about our struggles, policies, and practices. In return, they have brainstormed process improvements with us and provided education/tools. Before VG, a process taking 3 months (with numerous 'stumbles') now takes 2 - 4 weeks.
